This is a home office based role with extensive travel (about 75%) across US and Canada.

Critical Skills:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent is a must, MBA is preferred
2) Minimum 10 years' experience in selling disruptive medical device technology to GPO, integrated health systems and large health systems
3) Minimum 3 years of account management role
4) Hunger to win and passion to solve customer problems & drive customer outcomes
5) Be excited to work in a new space that will revolutionize non-invasive surgical procedures & share this enthusiasm with potential customers
6) Strong relations with and deep understanding of Neurosurgeons, Radiation Oncologists, Interventional Radiologists, cancer service line administrators
7) Know how to navigate and integrate into the planning and capital/service line decision making in complex national hospital entities, government / VA system as well as IDNs
1) Maximize orders, sales, and drive market penetration for national accounts incl. government accounts. Identify and focus on priority accounts and represent solutions and vision to customers with credibility to drive visibility, awareness and market proliferation. 
2) Map a strategy to penetration into key accounts, identify approaches and how to leverage partners, to drive market entry planning and adoption. 
3) Primary focus is to drive sales of neuro platform with the fibroid and bone applications as a secondary focus.
4) Identify & target Government, IDN, Managed care, and large national systems like AHS, VA, 21st century oncology, HCA etc and how to penetrate them
5) Set meetings and organize in presentations, in full compliance with local regulations, to appropriate customer audience – Neurosurgeons, hospital CxO, department chair, neurology, urology & radiology
